Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, a fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and we fulfil this, then you have to pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for under the contract.

Early expiry of the withdrawal right for digital content

The withdrawal right expires for a contract for the supply of non-material digital content even where the entrepreneur has started performing the contract after the consumer

  1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  2. has confirmed their knowledge that by their consent they lose their withdrawal right with the start of performance of the contract.

Before the purchase, we point out this possibility on the Purchase page. There, you can only expressly agree to early performance after being informed.
