Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, a fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and we fulfil this, then you have to pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for under the contract.

About the current Pro yearly plan

When you buy the Pro yearly plan (€39 / year) at cashlog.org/kaufen, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal. Checkout does not require a waiver. If you asked for use to begin during the period, a proportionate fee for services already provided may be due upon withdrawal (see above).

Early expiry (exceptional cases only)

For contracts on digital content not on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may expire early under narrow statutory conditions if you expressly consent and acknowledge the loss. That does not apply to the current Pro yearly checkout — no such consent is collected there. If we later offer a different product with a waiver, we will disclose it clearly before you order.
